southern bliss: Shine of the Times

I've recently fell in love with Essie's LuxeEffects top coat, Shine of the Times. Totally worth the $8 I spent on it.

Above is Shine of the Times layered over Ulta's Sweetheart Pink, but it looks great over just about anything.
